Olympic hopes outstanding start

After the morning heats of the 1000 m events all Australia Crews have progressed to the semi final round. This was a great effort and the first time this has happened at the Olympic Hopes for Australia.
Special mention should go to those crews that progresses direct to final after outstanding heats.
- Girls 17 years K1 Deandra Godoy progressed direct to final after 3rd in the heat
- Boys 17 years K2 Jacob Tsagaris and Jarrad Campbell direct to final after 3rd in the heat
- Girls 17 Years K2. Madison Davies and Rebecca Mann direct to find after winning their heat
- Boys 17 years K4 of Joel Mc Kitterick, Kieren Carson, Peter Euers and Jy Duffy after placing 2nd jn their heat.
Semi final round is about to commence with some very tough racing and qualification ahead for our crews.
