Following on from last weekends medal hall (5 Gold, 8 Silver and 8 Bronze) at the Canada Day, International Regatta in Ottawa (Canada) the National U22 and U18 Sprint Team is now gearing up for the final regatta of its 3 week tour, Lake Placid (USA) International Regatta 6-8 July.

The team’s focus this weekend will see them take a more targeted approach concentrating on key events ensuring the athletes are as fresh as possible so they are able to maximise performances – Turning silver into Gold and 4th/5th places into medals.

Australia will been keen to replicate last weeks gold medal performances as well as adding more to that tally.
