I began the sport when/where/why? When I was 11, my coach who teaches me at my primary school ran a try out day and seemed like a good sport to stay in.
Greatest Sporting Achievement? 2011 Worlds Champs, getting to race in front of a big crowd in an A Final, winning medals at Olympic Hopes Regatta in 2010 (Silver C2 200, Bronze C1 200 & Bronze C2 500) and setting at PB at Oceania Championships to qualify (Olympic) nomination for C2 1000.
What are your future goals? To hopefully medal at an Olympic games one day, and achieve a PB in London.
Greatest influence on your career? My family and friends.
Competitor you respect/fear the most? Any if not all the European crews.
What keeps you busy outside of the sport? Normally I'm sleeping or hanging with friends if I'm not at school.
Education? Current year 12 student at Joseph's College Gregory Terrace (Brisbane). Grade 1-3 St. Ignatius College Toowong, 4-7 Nudgee Junior College, Indooroopilly.
Best advice you have ever received? Don’t worry about what others think, do what makes you happy.
