Olympic Discipline Committee Chair's Announced

Australian Canoeing President, Greg Kaeding has today announced the appointments of John Malcolm as Chair of the AC Flatwater (Sprint) Technical Committee and John Felton as Chair of the AC Slalom Technical Committee.

John Felton has been the Chair of the Slalom Committee since October 2001 and was the Competition Manager, SOCOG for Canoe Slalom for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. John also competed in C2 at the Atlanta Olympics.

John Malcolm has been a member of the Flatwater Committee since 1997 and was the Technical Operations Manager, SOCOG for Flatwater Canoeing for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.

The members of the two Committees will be announced following consultation with the Chairmen of the two Committees.
