Australian Canoeing has today released information and entry forms for the Australian Flatwater Canoe/Kayak Championships.

The Championships form part of Canoe 2005 - the Festival of Australian Championships.

Penrith, the host City for Canoe 2005, is located approximately 55 kilometres west of Sydney's Central Business District and is on the western outskirts of the Sydney metropolitan area.

Flatwater Entry Forms
	Entry Form - Open Age and 20yrs Entry Form - Juniors Entry Form - Masters		Click here to download your Entry Form. We've created three Entry Forms to make it easier for you to complete - Just download the form for your Age group! All athletes must complete the official entry form and forward to their State Entry Coordinator who will collate all the entries and forwards to Australian Canoeing. No individual entries will be accepted from Australian paddlers. All crew members must be named in the crew events. “TO BE ADVISED” will not be accepted. Faxed entries will not be accepted. International athletes are to forward their entries directly to Australian Canoeing along with written permission from their National Federation.
