Selection Procedures Bylaw Update

As per our advice at the start of July, the July 14 Board meeting reviewed the options around an amended Selection Procedures Bylaw. The outcome of the Board Meeting has been referred back to our legal advisers for final consideration. The intent is to have this completed in line with the next Board meeting on August 11^th. AC recognize the interest generated in this issue and the expectations everyone has for a timely resolution.
